Ghana is seen as a beacon of democracy in West Africa and has had vigorously contested elections that have generally been free and fair with high voter participation. What are the economic, political and societal issues that will be important for Ghanaians in this election? How has the sitting government handled the Covid-19 pandemic and will the activities of the secessionist group in Western Togoland be an important issue when it comes to security politics and the ruling party's said commitment to stability?

- Dr. Kwasi Amakye-Boateng, Lecturer of Kwame Nkrumah University Of Science and Technology where he focuses on politics in Ghana, governance, leaderhip and security.
- Prof. Audrey Gadzekpo, Associate Professor at the University of Ghana. Gadzekpo has more than 20 years of experience in teaching, research and advocacy on media, gender and governance imperatives and media and conflict.
Moderator for the event will be Larry Ibrahim Mohammed, he has fieldwork experience from Ghana working on communal violence, gender relations and spirituality
